Yeah I don't see how you can't include Sufjan on this list. But I'm definitely with Jack on Ys by Joanna Newsom.
Ys would be in my top ten, too.
Maybe I should clarify that Jack's list is not the best musically or technically, but simply his favorite.
Seven Swans was in the top 15.
