sunday at home

Rosemary has been weird this week, so I'm home with her this morning, letting her sleep. We made apple cider doughnuts before Jack left for church. They were warm and comforting autumn food for a grey morning. But they were not very apple-y. Jack wants to add chopped apples if we ever make them again.

Now I'm listening to Heather Mercer talk at my dad's church. Thinking about the nations, and what it means to believe.
