Made this pizza dough into sixteen calzones, (fun to toss in the air like a real pizza chef), filled with mozzerella, italian sausage, and mushrooms. Baked at 400 for 25 minutes, and served with tomato dipping sauce and caesar salad. And put two, unbaked, in the freezer for a rainy day lunch.
