blueberry yogurt pops

Blend:
four large spoonfuls of plain, orgnanic, non-fat yogurt
two handfuls fresh blueberries (or other fruit)
some sugar-water, to taste (I dissolved maybe 1/4 cup sugar in boiling water, and added not enough to make the mixture sweet, but enough to make the taste more complex)

Pour into Popsicle molds, freeze, and enjoy!

I don't really like yogurt, but for some reason I've always enjoyed eating yogurt frozen (not talking about frozen yogurt here, or as the girls in LA call it, fro-yo (yeah, they really call it that)). These yogurt pops are the only thing I've had in the States that taste anything like the sua chua (yogurt) that I used to eat frozen in Vietnam.
