Anyway, this is really the only way I know to make steak, and it's what Katie always wanted for her birthday dinners growing up, and it's quick and very delicious. I will reproduce it here as written.
Tangy Flank Steak
1-1 1/2 # flank steak
1/2 c veg oil
3 T vinegar
3 T lemon juice
2 T worcestershire sauce
2 T soy sauce
1 1/2 T fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 t salt
2 t dry mustard
1 t pepper
1/2 t garlic salt
Combine ingredients
Marinate 2 hrs covered in refrig
Grill
We always broil it instead, 5-7 minutes per side. Tonight we had it with mashed red potatoes on the side.
